Cancellation Policy

Parents may cancel a clinic registration up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time and receive a full refund or account credit.

Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time are not eligible for a refund or credit except in exceptional circumstances approved by SoccerGoals.ca.

If SoccerGoals.ca cancels a clinic session due to weather, field conditions, coach availability, or other operational reasons, affected families will receive a refund, credit, or replacement session.
